Kindergarten

• Vocal Exploration - slide whistle echo

• Simple Song - Frog in the Meadow
• I'm a Little Cupid song with game and solo singing opportunity

1st Grade

• Vocal Exploration - slide whistle echo
• Echo Song - No More Pie
• Which Rhythm? - students will first practice rhythms we have read before and then try to guess what rhythm the teacher is playing just by listening.
• I Hope! - valentine's song- students sing the song as a "mail carrier" walks around the circle and passes out a letter at the end of the song. The letter tells the student what rhythm to play on the board and the student must guess what rhythm was played.

2nd Grade

• Sol-La-Mi  Singing game
• Echo Song - No More Pie
• Yes or No? - Partner game and song that involves switching partners and introduces form of music
• Instrument Families - learn and explore different families of instrments in the music classroom (skins, metals, and woods)
